The Telesales Manager oversees and directs the telesales team to achieve sales targets, expand customer base, and enhance overall sales performance. They develop strategies, manage daily operations, motivate staff, and ensure high-quality customer interactions to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage the telesales team to meet or exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective telesales strategies, campaigns, and processes. Monitor team performance through KPIs and sales metrics; provide coaching and feedback. Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills and product knowledge. Set individual and team sales goals, and track progress. Maintain a deep understanding of products, services, and competitive landscape. Handle escalations and resolve customer issues effectively. Prepare reports on team performance, sales forecasts, and market insights for senior management. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in telesales, sales management, or a similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and KPIs. Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
