Telesales Manager

The Tele Sales Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and scaling the telesales team to achieve revenue targets through inbound and outbound sales calls. This role involves strategic planning, performance monitoring, coaching team members, and ensuring consistent customer engagement and conversion excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Develop and implement telesales strategies, scripts, and call processes
• Monitor call quality, conversion ratios, and individual team performance
• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate telesales executives
• Set KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions
• Handle escalated customer queries and objections effectively
• Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management and follow-ups
• Prepare MIS reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Drive continuous improvement in sales productivity and customer experience

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Proven experience in telesales or inside sales management
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools

• 13 years of experience in telesales or inside sales and managerial or team-lead role.
