Education & Experience

Track I: MBA from Tier 1 colleges and B. Tech from IIT's/NIT's/BITS Pilani. (8+ Yrs of Experience)

Track II: B. Tech from IIT's (12 Years of Experience)

Role Overview:

- We are hiring a Product Lead to manage a team of high-performing product managers and drive end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across Tech platform. You will be responsible for setting the product direction, guiding team members, and partnering with stakeholders to build scalable, user-centric, and commercially impactful products.

- This role is suited for a strategic product leader with a consulting pedigree, strong SaaS product experience, and proven success in managing and mentoring product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Strategy:

- Define and evolve product vision and strategy aligned with company goals

- Translate customer and business needs into scalable, differentiated solutions

Team Management & Mentorship:

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers

- Set clear goals, review product specs, and guide execution

User-Centric Innovation:

- Deeply understand user behavior through research, data, and experimentation

- Champion usability and engagement improvements across the product suite

Execution Excellence:

- Ensure roadmap execution with high-quality output, minimal tech debt, and on-time delivery

- Leverage analytics tools (SQL, Mixpanel, GA) and run A/B tests for continuous improvement

Cross-Functional Leadership:

- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver outcomes

- Present strategies, updates, and business impact to leadership teams

What We're Looking For?

- Strong product management foundation with 8-12+ years of experience (Track I or Track II) with minimum 2 years in management consulting.

- Proven success in managing PMs and scaling digital products.

- Solid understanding of agile frameworks, product lifecycle, and SaaS dynamics.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management ability.
