Product Team Lead

As a Product Team Lead at LEDFlex Group, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the product function, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business goals and customer needs. Your responsibilities will include: - Leadership & Team Oversight - Lead, mentor, and manage the product team to foster growth and accountability. - Set team goals, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance to ensure objectives are met. - Cultivate a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team culture. - Product Strategy & Roadmap - Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy. - Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices. - Lifecycle Management - Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle from ideation and design to launch and post-launch improvements. - Ensure products meet quality standards through testing and compliance checks. - Monitor product performance and lead initiatives for continuous improvement. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with production, design, technical support, and project management teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery. - Act as the key point of contact between leadership and the product team. - Training & Communication - Deliver training and presentations for internal teams and stakeholders. - Equip the team with the knowledge and skills necessary to support product launches and innovations. - Represent the product function in executive updates, presentations, and strategy discussions. In terms of qualifications and experience, we are looking for candidates with: - 5+ years of experience in the lighting industry or related field. - Background in Electrical / Electronics & Communication Engineering preferred. - Prior experience in a leadership or team management role. - Demonstrated success in managing product strategy, lifecycle, and team performance.
