About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Support Associate to support Adobe Workfront, a leading work management platform under the Adobe Experience Cloud suite. In this role, you will ensure seamless service delivery, resolve technical incidents, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain high service standards for global enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Workfront-related support requests and incidents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Technical Account Managers, Engineering, and Operations to drive issue resolution.
  • Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot technical incidents to ensure minimal disruption for customers.
  • Participate in critical event management, providing timely updates and maintaining service continuity.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed case documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
  • Provide clear, professional communication to customers and stakeholders throughout issue resolution.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience: 1–3 years in a customer support, technical support, or service center environment.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of web technologies – Java/J2EE, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, jQuery.
  • Basic understanding of databases (SQL) and data querying.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, UNIX, Linux).
  • Understanding of networking concepts, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze system behavior and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-first mindset.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts to support global clients.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront or other Adobe Experience Cloud products (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager).
  • Exposure to digital marketing platforms or SaaS-based product support.
  • Experience with reporting or collaboration tools such as Power BI, PowerApps, SharePoint, Excel.
  • Understanding of automation and workflow management concepts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹520,000.00 per year
