Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software, infrastructure, and performance-related issues.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex product defects.
  • Assist customers with product deployments, configurations, and best practices.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) efforts.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation, including weekend work, to support critical incidents, system maintenance, or client needs outside regular business hours.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in product or technical support for enterprise software.
  • Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix environments, system administration, and performance troubleshooting.
  • Experience with SQL and other database technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with automation and scripting (Python, Shell, etc.).
  • ITIL certification or experience working in an ITIL-based support environment
