Product Support Engineer

Role Overview: As an Implementation Specialist for the WFO product suite at contact centers, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate all phases of projects with the project manager. This includes site discovery, preparation, implementation, configuration, site design, user acceptance testing, troubleshooting, and escalation of service requests via an IMS ticketing system. Key Responsibilities: - Implement, upgrade, and expand Contact Centre Solutions - Review and provide feedback on solution designs - Conduct technical site discovery and validate pre-requisites - Implement software components and third-party components as per project requirements - Integrate telephony data sources and other third-party systems - Conduct site and user acceptance testing - Be available for remote and on-site support as required - Be available during office hours and out of hours as needed Qualifications: - Possess a total of 10 years of experience with at least 4 years in a similar technical implementation role - Hold a Bachelor's degree in a technology discipline or equivalent - Any of the following certifications would be a plus: PMP, MSDBA, MCSE, MCSA, Avaya, or Cisco Voice Technologies - Demonstrate expertise as a software subject matter expert in Application-dependent technology Additional Company Details: Verint is a global company dedicated to providing advanced technology solutions for contact centers.
