Responsibilities: Order Management & Deal Processing: Accurately process and track global order bookings in line with company policies and procedures.Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and approved by relevant teams (sales, finance, legal) for timely processing.Maintain an organized system of records for all order-related documents. Contract Lifecycle Support: Assist in managing the contract lifecycle from order entry to closure.Ensure deal-related documents, including contracts and amendments, are processed, tracked, and updated as required.Collaborate with legal and other stakeholders to review and finalize contract terms when necessary. Financial Reporting & Close Support: Support the monthly and quarterly close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of all order-related data.Reconcile order-related financial data and work with finance teams to resolve any discrepancies.Prepare reports for senior management on the status of bookings, contracts, and account clean-up activities. Collaboration & Communication: Partner with sales, finance, legal, and other internal teams to address any order-related issues or discrepancies.Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth order processing.Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders on order statuses and process improvements. Process Improvement & Automation: Identify areas for process improvement and help implement efficiencies across order management workflows.Work on enhancing automation and system integrations to streamline order processing and contract management. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in global order management, sales operations, or a similar role.Familiarity with contract lifecycle management and deal booking processes.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills. Preferred: Experience in a SaaS or technology company.Experience with order management systems or CRM platforms such as Salesforce. Responsibilities As a Data Engineer, your impact will be: Data Architecture Ownership: Proactively manage and enhance our data architecture, ensuring integration, data quality, and consistency across different systems. Familiarity with modeling and design principles will be key. Data Pipeline Development: Create efficient and reliable ETL / ELT pipelines that move and transform data from source systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Hubspot and other GTM platforms) into the data warehouse / lakehouse Data Integration: Integrate data from various source systems into Databricks while ensuring data quality, consistency, and security Documentation and Best Practices: Document processes, workflows, and architectures, ensuring that solutions are easily understood and maintainable.
