Product Support Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Production Engineering
• 610 years of experience in robotic automation, preferably in automotive OEMs or Tier 1 environments
• Strong hands-on experience with ABB robots; exposure to other robot platforms is an added advantage
• Proficient in Robot Studio and Process Simulate; working knowledge of AutoCAD, CATIA, and SolidWorks
• Familiarity with BIW processes including spot welding, MIG welding, sealing, palletizing, and roller hemming
• Skilled in robot programming, I/O setup, controller configuration, and electrical troubleshooting in automation cells
• Understanding of industrial communication protocols such as DeviceNet, Ethernet/IP, and Profinet
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and perform site work up to 90%, including shift-based commissioning
