Selection process:
We seek to be transparent during the selection process. While the actual process may vary from the process indicated below, the key steps involved are as follows:
- Interview: There are expected to be at least 3-4 rounds of interviews. The number of interview rounds may increase depending on the criticality and seniority of the role involved.
- Final discussion on career and compensation: Post final selection, a separate discussion will be set up to discuss compensation and career growth. You are encouraged to seek any clarifications you have during this discussion.
Key responsibility areas:
Play a vital role in development, implementation and automation of EWS Product framework and response workflow for financial institutes encompassing the below requirements:
- Design process flows for application development.
- Conceptualize applications based on specific scenarios and use cases.
- Develop applications using no-code platforms.
- Build business intelligence reports and dashboards.
- Test applications built on no-code platforms.
- Work closely with Product Teams to identify improvements/ enhancements for products.
- Manage end to end implementation of Kepler automation software for the clients.
- Preparing and updating the BRD based on the product features, implementation roadmap and client requirements.
- Identifying the client data sources and mapping product data structures to ensure capture of all relevant data-sets for computation
- Playing key role in project planning for system implementation which includes developing detailed plans, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies, stakeholder co-ordination.
- Explain and lead client conversation on the features of the product and explain how the business requirements are met.
- Work on the reporting and analysis layer to display raw and computed data using different charts and tables.
- Serve Banks and financial institutions by automating their business workflows.
- Drive the day-to-day execution of assigned projects.
