Job Description

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation:

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, health systems, and staffing agencies.
  • Solution Selling:

    Conduct discovery calls to understand client hiring challenges and demonstrate how our ATS can streamline recruitment and compliance.
  • Presentations & Demos:

    Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations to HR, talent acquisition, and compliance leaders in healthcare.
  • Pipeline Management:

    Maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecasts, and pipeline progress in CRM.
  • Collaboration:

    Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, features, and client needs.
  • Negotiation & Closing:

    Lead contract negotiations, handle objections, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Stay current on healthcare recruiting trends, compliance requirements (e.g., Joint Commission standards), and competitor products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS, HR tech, or ATS sales experience, with at least 1 year focused on healthcare clients.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and recruitment/staffing workflows.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Ceipal, Jobdiva, etc.).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or healthcare staffing agencies.
  • Understanding of healthcare compliance and credentialing requirements.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence executive decision-makers.
  • Passion for helping healthcare organizations optimize talent acquisition and retention.
