About The Role

Product Owner

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to shape product direction
  

Backlog Management

• Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog based on business value and ROI
• Write clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with development teams
• Prioritize features, defects, and technical debt across sprints and releases
  

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, customers, and development teams
• Gather and refine requirements from business units, end-users, and leadership
• Manage stakeholder expectations through regular demos, reviews, and status updates
  

Agile / Scrum Execution

• Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure the development team clearly understands priorities and acceptance criteria
• Review, approve, and sign off on completed sprint deliverables
  

Release & Delivery

• Define release plans and coordinate go-to-market activities
• Track and report on product KPIs such as adoption, usage, retention, and business impact
• Drive continuous improvement using user feedback and analytics
  

Tech Stack / Skills Required

• Proven Agile/Scrum experience (CSPO or PSPO certification preferred)
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, and Confluence
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong technical aptitude with understanding of APIs, databases, and cloud services
