Key Responsibilities

Material Data Management

• Extract material and component data from engineering drawings, BOMs, and supplier catalogs
• Classify materials as per regulatory and environmental compliance requirements
• Validate, reconcile, and consolidate material data across multiple product structures
  

BOM and Product Analysis

• Analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs) at component and product level
• Perform BOM roll-up to calculate material composition at product level
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness for finished products
  

Regulatory and Compliance Reporting

• Prepare regulatory compliance reports within defined timelines
• Support reporting related to SCIP, PFAS, TSCA, EPR, and LCA
• Maintain documentation for audit and regulatory submissions
  

Data Processing and Automation

• Manage and process large datasets in MS Excel and databases
• Use Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation
• Apply automation and AI tools to improve data accuracy and efficiency
  

Dashboarding and Stakeholder Interaction

• Create interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau
• Collaborate with Materials and Chemistry SMEs
• Present compliance findings to internal stakeholders
