Azuro by Square Yards is India’s leading tech-driven property management platform, 

providing end-to-end rental solutions for property owners and tenants. By leveraging 

automation and data intelligence, we streamline leasing, tenant engagement, and asset 

management—delivering a seamless and transparent experience for all stakeholders.  

Role Overview  

We’re looking for a Product Operations Specialist who will be the backbone of operational 

excellence, ensuring smooth collaboration between product, tech support, and 

customerfacing teams. You’ll manage workflows, resolve escalations, and continuously 

optimize processes to deliver an exceptional user experience.  

Key Responsibilities  

• Partner with Product Managers to design, document, and improve workflows for 

feature rollouts, tenant onboarding, Post sales automations and maintenance 

processes.  

• Monitor product performance and support tickets to identify trends, anomalies, and 

areas for improvement. 

• Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and SOPs to ensure visibility and 

accountability across teams. 

• Triage and manage escalated technical issues, working closely with Tech Support and 

Engineering to ensure timely resolution. 

• Conduct root cause analyses for recurring issues and implement corrective actions. 

• Facilitate daily stand-ups and weekly syncs, document action items, and drive follow

ups to closure. 

• Train internal teams and support staff on new features, tools, and process updates. 

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by piloting tools, gathering feedback, and 

codifying best practices. 

Required Qualifications  

• Experience: 2–3 years in Product Ops, Technical Support, or Tech Operations 

(preferably in SaaS or digital platform environments).  

• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic SQL for data 

insights.  

• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify issues from logs, dashboards, and support 

t

 ickets.  

• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts into clear 

documentation.  

• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Zendesk, and Agile methodologies.  

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, processes, and real estate 

domain knowledge.  

• Must be available to work onsite in Bangalore.  

Preferred Skills & Competencies 

• Analytical: Ability to dive into logs, support tickets, and dashboards to identify 

patterns and anomalies. 

• Process-driven: Strong inclination toward SOP creation, workflow optimization, and 

process documentation. 

• Communication: Can translate technical information into simple, actionable 

documentation for non-technical teams. 

• Problem-solver: Handles escalations calmly and prioritizes quick resolutions without 

compromising quality. 

• Cross-functional collaboration: Comfortable working with engineering, support, and 

product teams.
