Position - Digital Brand & Culture Strategist Location - Bangalore What You’ll Be Doing You’ll sit at the intersection of brand storytelling and strategic content, helping us own the digital stage. Your goal: shape PropVR’s public voice—both as a top-tier tech brand for clients, and a creative, open-minded workplace for future team members. 1. Position PropVR as a great place to work * Tell about life at PropVR—team spotlights, behind-the-scenes moments, internal culture, and more. * Collaborate with HR and leadership to build a magnetic employer brand that attracts young and budding talent. * Build momentum around our values: innovation, collaboration, and creativity 2. Strengthen our brand credibility with clients * Build a consistent, confident brand voice on LinkedIn that speaks to developers, builders, and other industry decision-makers. * Create smart, sharp, and trustworthy content— Social Media content, product-specific videos, product highlights, leadership POVs, and client success stories. * Position PropVR as the tech partner that understands the real estate world and builds future-ready solutions. 3. Own and evolve our social strategy * Lead the content calendar across platforms (with a focus on LinkedIn). * Analyze what works, experiment with new formats, and keep the strategy fresh and relevant. * Work with designers, researchers and product teams to turn ideas into scroll-stopping posts. Who You Are * A storyteller at heart, with 1–3 years of experience in content, branding, or social media strategy. * Confident writing for both business and creative audiences. * Hands-on with LinkedIn and aware of how to engage CXOs and talent alike. * A trend spotter who knows when to break the rules and when to lean on strategy. * Bonus points if you’ve worked in tech, FMCG, Digital Marketing Agency experience, automobile or any B2B or startups before.
