Product Operations Executive

Core Responsibilities

• Product Support:

  Handle inquiries on product features, issue investigation and resolution, where required in collaboration with other teams.

• Customer Onboarding:

  Supporting customers on setups of their preferred product configurations involving white-labelling, configuration of their 3rd party service accounts.

• Customer Success:

  Help customers derive the best value for their business from the product features by engaging with customers and educating them on how best to use the product.

Requirements

• Has strong technical aptitude with web and mobile apps and embraces technology as a tool for creating efficient workflows
• Possesses exceptional communication skills with both customers and technical teams
• Demonstrates initiative, ownership mentality, and analytical problem-solving abilities
• Process-oriented thinker who continuously evaluates and optimizes workflows for maximum efficiency
• Knowledge steward who actively maintains and updates team documentation and knowledge bases
• Customer value champion who leverages every interaction to help clients maximize their product ROI
• Balances customer advocacy with organizational priorities
• Understands healthcare technology environments, security and compliance considerations
• Has previously worked on supporting a SaaS product

• 1-3 years experience in product support for technology platforms
• Qualification in any field is fine, so long as you meet the above requirements
• Must be willing to work in hybrid mode i.e. at the office as well
