Job Description

As a Product Marketing Manager at Recruiterflow, your role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to drive pipeline and revenue through powerful messaging and content creation across various channels. Your responsibilities include: - Developing product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and sets our offering apart in the market. - Crafting compelling briefs, emails, and nurtures to drive engagement, book demos, and monetize leads. - Providing sales enablement by communicating the value proposition and delivering high-value sales tools, case studies, training, and collaterals. - Conducting market, customer, and competitive analysis to stay informed on industry trends and competitors. - Serving as a company spokesperson and thought leader for the product offering. - Owning launches, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement collateral, and website. - Engaging and influencing customers, partners, analysts, and thought leaders. In the first 90 days, key achievements expected from you include: - Developing a deep understanding of the product, market, user, and positioning. - Starting with sales enablement and providing insights for campaign messaging. - Creating campaign messaging documents to support demand generation efforts. - Handling a product launch and establishing a streamlined process for future launches. - Establishing yourself as an industry influencer and building relationships internally and externally. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 3-6 years of progressive experience in technology and/or marketing. - The ability to derive insights from sales calls and translate them into effective marketing campaigns. - A strong understanding of buyer behavior and ideal user personas. - Experience in crafting compelling product stories tailored to different channels, customer personas, and regions. Additionally, you should possess: - Hands-on skills to create various marketing assets such as product demo videos and slide pitch decks. - Strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities with a keen eye for detail. - The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
