Product Marketing Manager

Positioning & Messaging

• Define value propositions, key messages, and differentiation for AppVentory and its features.
• Translate technical product details into customer-centric stories.
• Maintain consistent messaging across website, pitch decks, campaigns, and PR.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution

• Partner with product and marketing teams for every new feature or release.
• Develop GTM plans — including positioning, launch assets, timelines, and success metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth and impactful launches.

Market & Customer Insights

• Conduct market intelligence — understand competitors, trends, and buyer personas.
• Identify pain points, use cases, and language that resonates with target audiences (advisors, tech providers, procurement teams, etc.).
• Share insights with product and leadership to guide roadmap and GTM decisions.

Sales Enablement

• Create and maintain sales collateral: decks, battlecards, case studies, comparison sheets, ROI Calculators, and one-pagers.
• Train sales and customer success teams on product messaging and objection handling.
• Build content that helps move prospects through the funnel.

Product-Led Content

• Create engaging product content — demos, explainers, case studies, blogs, playbooks
• Drive content usage across campaigns and sales motions to support pipeline creation

Customer Advocacy

• Build and manage relationships with key customers
• Develop references, testimonials, and success stories to strengthen credibility and proof points

Performance Tracking

• Monitor launch effectiveness, adoption metrics, and content engagement
• Report learnings and recommendations to continually refine the GTM strategy

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Growth Marketing to align product messaging to campaign initiatives
• Partner with Customer Success to enhance retention, upsell, and expansion opportunities
