Description
We are hiring our Product Manager — someone who will own and drive key product charters from scratch . This is not just a job, but an opportunity to help architect the foundational systems and experiences of a fintech product designed to scale across India. You’ll work closely with the founding team and lead end-to-end product strategy, design, execution, and delivery. Key Responsibilities Own core product features across internal tools, APIs, customer journeys, and dashboards Translate business goals and fuzzy 0→1 ideas into clear, scalable product flows Write detailed PRDs and partner with design, engineering, and BD teams to deliver Work closely with growth and CX to iterate based on real-time feedback Develop a robust product roadmap with clear prioritisation and delivery cycles Ensure data-led decisions using product analytics and performance insights Shape Zavo’s product culture and define internal best practices What We’re Looking For 3–6 years of product management experience in fintech, payments, credit, or lending Hands-on exposure to UPI, BBPS, NACH, EMI flows, APIs , or financial infra tools Proven ability to ship fast, iterate quickly, and manage end-to-end delivery cycles Strong documentation skills — writing PRDs, user stories, and product specs Systems thinker who can handle ambiguity and convert it into structured outcomes Strong technical understanding; able to collaborate deeply with engineering teams Startup DNA — thrives in chaos, acts fast, and builds with a hands-on mindset Why Join Zavo?
