𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Onboard & manage DSAs for BL/PL sales
- Lead the end-to-end loan disbursement process
- Drive field sourcing and meet disbursement targets
- Coordinate with operations and credit teams
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
- Lending sales experience (NBFC/Bank/Fintech)
- Strong DSA network and sourcing capabilities
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Field-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven
