The Role –

As a Product Manager at Yuze India, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our digital financial products and setting the foundation for our operations in the region. This role is ideal for a visionary fintech professional with a startup mindset, a passion for digital innovation, and the ability to build products tailored for the Indian market. You’ll collaborate closely with the global team and have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as Yuze expands in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Lead the development and localization of Yuze’s digital financial solutions for the Indian market, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market dynamics.
• Market Research & Strategy: Analyse the Indian fintech landscape to identify opportunities, customer pain points, and market trends, translating insights into innovative product features.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with global teams, including technology, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless product delivery and market entry.
• Partnerships & Alliances: Identify and manage strategic partnerships that enhance Yuze’s offerings, such as collaborations with fintech ecosystems, service providers, and agencies.
• Team Enablement: Support the establishment of a local team by contributing to recruitment efforts and fostering a collaborative, startup-driven culture.
• Leadership Preparation: Develop the strategic and operational skills necessary to transition into a Country Manager role, overseeing Yuze’s growth and market leadership in India.

Key Competencies & Skills:

• Fintech Product Expertise: Strong background in fintech or digital banking, with experience managing the product lifecycle.
• B2B & Payments Focus: Deep understanding of B2B financial solutions and payment systems, with a knack for developing customer-centric products.
• Startup Mindset: Agile, proactive, and comfortable building processes from scratch in a dynamic environment.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies that differentiate Yuze in the Indian fintech space.
• Partnership Management: Skilled in identifying and nurturing alliances that create value for customers and drive growth.
• Market Acumen: Comprehensive knowledge of India’s fintech ecosystem, including regulatory requirements, competitive landscape, and customer behaviors.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in fintech, digital banking, or financial services, with a focus on product management.
• Proven expertise in launching and managing digital products in the Indian market.
• Hands-on experience in setting up operations or building teams for startups is a plus.
• Strong network within India’s fintech and banking sectors.
