UNO Direct is RateGain's direct booking enhancement suite, designed to help hotel partners increase conversion, boost direct booking share, and drive high-quality website traffic using data-driven experimentation and continuous optimization.

About the Role

Revenue Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute revenue growth initiatives across UNO Direct.
• Identify and prioritize product features that improve conversion, upsell, and user engagement.
• Analyze booking funnel performance; run A/B tests and optimization experiments.
• Conduct audits on hotel setups (rates, content, UX) to improve direct booking share.
• Build and maintain a Revenue Optimization Playbook for hotel partners.
• Present insights, trends, and opportunities to internal and client stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

• 610 years in Product Growth, Revenue Optimization, or E-commerce/SaaS Growth roles.
• Strong understanding of booking funnels, CRO, digital acquisition, and analytics.
• Skilled in data analysis, hypothesis testing, and ROI modeling.
• Experience working with Product, Marketing, and CX teams.
• Knowledge of hotel tech (CRS/PMS, OTAs, rate parity) is preferred.
• SEO, paid media, or digital marketing experience is a plus.
