We’re Hiring: Product Manager - Climate Tech

About the Role

We are looking for a driven Product Manager who understands India’s sustainability landscape and is excited to work at the intersection of product, compliance, and climate innovation. You’ll translate regulatory complexity into user-friendly software that industries love to adopt.

Key Responsibility

• Help lead product development for ESG, BRSR & Carbon Reporting modules
• Convert regulations (SEBI BRSR, GHG Protocol, CCTS, Plastic EPR, etc.) into product workflows
• Conduct sector and competitor research in the Indian climate compliance space
• Collaborate with design and engineering to define clear user journeys
• Collect user feedback from sustainability heads, plant teams & consultants
• Support in backlog planning, requirement writing & product prioritization

What we are looking for

• Knowledge of ESG frameworks & sustainability reporting basics
• Understanding of Indian environmental compliances (preferred)
• Interest in carbon markets, RECs, offsets & GHG accounting
• Having experience of 0-2 years in the field
• Bonus: Product/Consulting/Startup experience or climate sector exposure
