Position Details
• Role: ESG Data Analyst Intern
• Location: Hybrid (3-4 days/week at our Delhi NCR office)
• Duration: 3 months | Unpaid
What You’ll Work On
• Analyzing sustainability & ESG data to generate actionable insights
• Building dashboards for BRSR, GHG emissions, and ESG KPIs (Power BI & Tableau)
• Automating reports with Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA)
• Evaluating corporate ESG performance & contributing to Net Zero strategy reviews
• Supporting data validation & disclosure across ESG frameworks
What We’re Looking For
• Familiarity with ESG frameworks (BRSR, GRI, CDP, Net Zero)
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, Data Validation; VBA is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Analytical mindset + genuine passion for sustainability
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a startup environment
