Yabx’s vision is to enable enterprises build, operate and scale Digital Financial products in markets / segments with acute credit gap. We work with Wallets, Mobile Operators, Ecommerce companies, FIs and Banks to enable them in their journey to offer Digital financial products such as lending and savings. We are looking for a Product Manager / Associate Product Manager who will be responsible for Strategy, Roadmap, Design, Marketing and end to end enhancement and delivery of our lending platform in specific geographies worldwide. Currently we are working in 14+ countries globally with access to 250M+ customers for credit profiling using alternate data and digitally enhanced methods of underwriting and managing financial products.

Must have:-

1. Experience in working on Lending platforms (good to have)
2. Experience in either of payments/ FMCG/ Smartphone retail/ consumer goods (Must have)
3. Demonstrated ability to use data to drive critical results
4. Developing product documentation, user stories and other relevant material required.
5. Ability to create business cases and drive rationale for product
6. Ability to drive strong consumer behavior insights – from data and VoC; and familiarity with mass-market segment pain points
7. Understands how to drive uptake of new offerings on the ground
8. Experience with brand loyalty and retention efforts
9. Can align with portfolio & product teams, CX, and marketing to launch features that drive revenue
10. Create, optimize and configure user journeys on the platform, based on customer feedback, data & research
11. Work with cross functional teams to build support for product functionality
12. Scan and understand the financial guidelines in each of the markets we enter and build all market specific regulatory and operational requirements into the product
13. Be the product owner, coordinate with Testing team and partner systems to enable testing and delivery of developed product
