We're Hiring: Business Analyst / Product Manager | 2–4 Yrs | Gurgaon/Mumbai | Fintech

Business Analyst or Product Manager

What You’ll Do:

Conduct market & competitor research to support strategic growth
Prepare proposals, decks, and business cases
Coordinate with internal teams on product rollouts
Track BD metrics, optimize processes, and improve execution
Grow into a client-facing, revenue-owning role in 2–3 years

What We’re Looking For:

2–4 yrs in strategy, biz dev, or consulting (fintech preferred)
Strong analytics (Excel, PPT), communication & ownership mindset
