Min Experience: 5 yearsLocation: PuneJobType: full-timeThe Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of a high-impact SaaS product. This role involves working at the intersection of Engineering, AI Research, Business, and Marketing to deliver a product that becomes indispensable for Growth Teams, CMOs, and Founders. If you enjoy building 0-1 products, solving ambiguity, and owning product outcomes end-to-end, this role is an excellent fit.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Own the product roadmap and ensure alignment with go-to-market priorities and overall business objectives.
  • Translate AI research insights, SEO intelligence, and user needs into innovative product features.
  • Define clear product positioning and shape competitive strategy within the AI-powered search and intelligence ecosystem.

Execution & Delivery

  • Convert product goals into actionable specifications, detailed feature requirements, and user stories.
  • Lead sprint planning and collaborate closely with engineering to deliver high-quality releases.
  • Partner with marketing to drive product-led growth initiatives and support feature launches.

User & Market Insight

  • Conduct user interviews, gather qualitative insights, and integrate feedback from pilot customers.
  • Analyze AI engine behavior and transform observations into feature enhancements.
  • Track product usage analytics to inform decisions and validate hypotheses.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the central link among technology, AI, design, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Support sales and customer success teams with product demos, documentation, and feature explainers.
  • Prioritize effectively, balancing core deliverables with exploratory experiments.

30-60-90 Day Expectations

TimelineOutcomes

30 Days

Deep dive into product architecture, AI landscape, user personas, and backlog. Take ownership of one core module.

60 Days

Drive two feature releases from concept to launch. Establish discovery loops combining user feedback and analytics. Improve backlog quality and sprint velocity.

90 Days

Fully own the product roadmap. Define key success metrics. Lead launch of Beta v2 with strong product-led growth mechanisms. Ensure smooth cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of product management experience in SaaS or AI-driven products.
  • Proven track record of shipping features end-to-end.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional technical teams.
  • Strong skills in user discovery, problem scoping, and product prioritization.
  • Excellent communication, clarity of thought, and storytelling ability.
  • Passion for solving real problems, not just building features.

Bonus:

Exposure to SEO, AI/ML, MarTech, or data-rich product environments.
