Product Manager – B2C | Visa2Fly

About the Role

Product Manager (B2C)

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the
Product roadmap
aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Conduct
user research, competitive benchmarking, and data analysis
to identify problems and opportunities.
Lead
end-to-end product development
— from concept, wireframes, PRDs, sprint planning to post-launch iterations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams.
Own and optimize key metrics:
user activation, engagement, conversion rate, retention, NPS.
Prioritize features and experiments based on
impact, effort, and feedback loops.
Champion a
customer-centric approach
and maintain a high-quality user experience across web and mobile.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a
Product Manager in B2C digital products
(preferably in travel, fintech, mobility, or D2C).
Strong grasp of
user journey design, funnel optimization, and A/B testing.
Proficiency with
analytics tools
like GA4, Mixpanel, Clarity, or similar.
Understanding of
basic SQL
for data queries and decision-making.
Understanding of tools like
Figma.
Ability to write clear and concise
PRDs, user stories, and product specs.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project ownership skills.
Proven track record of shipping
user-centric, scalable products
in agile environments.

Bonus Skills

Experience with
checkout flows, KYC/onboarding, and mobile/web -first UX
Exposure to
performance marketing and product-led growth strategies
Familiarity with
Postman/API testing, Firebase, and CMS tools
Background in
UX writing or behavioural design
is a plus
