Role Overview: UX/UI Designer Are you a creative problem-solver with a keen eye for design and a passion for user experience? We’re on the lookout for a talented and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping how users interact with our digital products. From wireframes to pixel-perfect interfaces, you’ll design intuitive, user-centric experiences that are as functional as they are beautiful. Location: Gurugram (on‑site) Working Days: 6 days/week ( All Saturdays WFH) What You’ll Do Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are both beautiful and functional. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve product usability. Apply usability principles and best practices to enhance user experience. Maintain and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Stay up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. What We're Looking For: 2+ years of professional UX/UI design experience. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design thinking. Excellent visual design skills and an eye for detail Ability to balance creativity with technical constraints Passion for creating delightful user experiences Bonus Points Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI work across web and mobile platforms.
