Profile Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior UX/UI Designer with 5+ years of professional experience and a graduation year of 2020 or earlier. The ideal candidate will excel in creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences and will play a key role in driving design strategy, leading initiatives, and mentoring junior team members.

Key ResponsibilitiesUser Experience (UX)

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Develop personas, user stories, wireframes, and journey maps to guide design decisions.
• Optimize and refine user experiences based on data-driven insights, analytics, and feedback.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align design solutions with business goals.
• Present design concepts, prototypes, and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and UX/UI best practices for web and mobile applications.

Mentorship & Leadership

• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior designers and interns.
• Lead design reviews and contribute to improving the overall design process and workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation year 2020 or earlier with 5+ years of relevant experience in UX/UI design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, user-centered design processes, and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in major design and prototyping tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or equivalents.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience creating responsive and adaptive design solutions.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a refined sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience designing for e-commerce, SaaS, or complex digital platforms.
• Familiarity with animation and prototyping tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of user testing and experimentation tools such as UsabilityHub, Hotjar, and A/B testing frameworks.

• Design: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Prototyping: InVision, Principle, After Effects
• User Testing: Hotjar, UsabilityHub, Maze
