Job Description

Job Title: UX/UI Designer (3

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and convert them into user-friendly design solutions.
Lead design tasks including user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and usability iterations.
Ensure high standards of visual design, consistency, and accessibility across products.
Contribute to and maintain design systems.
Present design decisions clearly and incorporate feedback effectively.
Manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.

Required Skills & Experience

3-4 years of professional UX/UI or product design experience.
Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and visual design fundamentals.
Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD, with working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to convert briefs into structured, polished design outputs.

Preferred

Experience designing web and mobile platforms.
Familiarity with design systems and front-end limitations.
