UX and UI Designer – Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a talented UX and UI Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for our products. The ideal candidate has strong skills in user research, wireframing, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI design, with an ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesUser Experience (UX)

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability studies, and data analysis.
• Translate research insights into user personas, journey maps, workflows, and experience strategies.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and low-fidelity concepts to visualize ideas.
• Validate designs through user testing and iterate based on feedback.
• Ensure information architecture and interaction flows are intuitive, consistent, and aligned with user needs.

User Interface (UI)

• Design high-quality visual interfaces that reflect brand identity and support usability best practices.
• Develop component libraries, design systems, and style guides.
• Create pixel-perfect mockups, UI elements, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs across platforms (web, mobile, desktop).
• Optimize UI for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years of experience in UX/UI design or product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work.
• Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Understanding of UX research methods, interaction design principles, and responsive design.
• Familiar with HTML/CSS basics (a plus).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in agile or cross-functional product teams.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Ability to create micro-interactions and motion design assets.
• Experience with design system management.

Pay: ₹12,369.28 - ₹57,092.97 per month
