Key ResponsibilitiesUser Experience (UX) Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors. Develop personas, user stories, wireframes, and journey maps to guide design decisions. Optimize and refine user experiences based on data-driven insights, analytics, and feedback. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align design solutions with business goals. Stay updated with the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and UX/UI best practices for web and mobile applications. Mentorship & Leadership Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior designers and interns. Lead design reviews and contribute to improving the overall design process and workflows. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduation year 2020 or earlier with 5+ years of relevant experience in UX/UI design. A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, user-centered design processes, and problem-solving ability. Proficiency in major design and prototyping tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision , or equivalents. Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript . Experience creating responsive and adaptive design solutions. Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail with a refined sense of aesthetics. Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience designing for e-commerce, SaaS, or complex digital platforms . Familiarity with animation and prototyping tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle ). Experience with Agile methodologies . Knowledge of user testing and experimentation tools such as UsabilityHub, Hotjar , and A/B testing frameworks.
