Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of experience and a strong foundation in Computer Science or Information Technology. You will play a key role in shaping intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct user research and translate insights into wireframes, user flows, and journey maps.

· Design responsive, visually engaging user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.

· Build and maintain high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools.

· Work closely with developers to ensure accurate handoff and implementation of designs.

· Iterate designs based on stakeholder and user feedback.

· Establish and maintain design systems for consistent visual and interaction patterns.

· Contribute to continuous UI/UX improvements, usability testing, and accessibility compliance.

Requirements:

· 2–3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (mandatory).

· Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

· Strong understanding of UX principles, human-centered design, and responsive design practices.

· Familiarity with design systems, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), and usability testing methodologies.

· Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams.
