Short Description/Job Objective:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to drive innovation in our Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform by leading product initiatives for Real-time Remediation and Automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that transform enterprise IT service delivery. Working closely with the Principal Product Manager responsible for Core and Automation product area define and drive the execution of the roadmap across multiple teams. As part of the DEX Product Management Team, this position offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful solutions that will significantly change how the world's largest Enterprise IT teams provide services to their employees.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Product Manager within an agile Scrum process, closely collaborating with the Product Management and Development teams to lead product initiatives from planning to release and enablement of field teams
- Assist in the creation and management of the Core and Automation focused product roadmaps to grow adoption and compete with other DEX vendors
- Translate customer needs and pain-points into actionable product requirements and user acceptance.
- Ensure clear understanding and support of product goals among the development team members
- Lead the agile product development process, collaborate with various departments including UX, Software Development, Marketing, and Sales to ensure the successful launch of new features
- Become the subject matter expert of the Core Platform to ensure that all stakeholders including the Application product teams understand the benefits and value of the core platform.
Requirements
- A university degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management role, ideally within the Enterprise software industry with a proven work experience in the following product areas: Discovery, Development, Release and Go To Market
- Expertise in working across multiple remote software development team
- Demonstrated deep understanding of End User Compute challenges and awareness of troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS operating systems with a strong emphasis on Application and Virtual Desktop technologies and solid understanding of Digital Experience Market
- Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Promote collaboration, culture of teamwork and share success within the Product Management Team and across departments
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear product features and user stories
- Familiarity with DEX market or observability or performance monitoring tools
- Experience working in global or remote teams
- Proficiency in English is a must, additional languages such as German are beneficial
