Job Title: Product Manager - Messaging Platform

Location: Hyderabad

Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Product Manager to spearhead the development and advancement of our state-of-the-art messaging platform, integrating diverse communication channels such as WhatsApp, chatbots, agent-based interactions, and SMS. As a vital member of our product team, you will shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for these messaging channels, ensuring exceptional user experiences and fostering growth through innovative features, leveraging AI and Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Product Strategy & Vision:

Define the long-term product strategy and roadmap for the messaging platform, aligning it with business objectives and customer expectations. Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to deployment, incorporating AI-driven insights and Gen AI enhancements.

•⁠ ⁠Channel Integration:

Lead the integration of WhatsApp, chatbots, agent-based messaging, and SMS into a cohesive messaging ecosystem. Ensure smooth interoperability across channels, enhanced by AI-powered automation and Gen AI personalization for improved customer engagement.

•⁠ ⁠User Experience & Journey Design:

Develop user-focused features to deliver outstanding messaging experiences. Collaborate with UX/UI teams to craft intuitive interfaces for users and administrators, utilizing AI to optimize journey flows and Gen AI for adaptive content delivery.

•⁠ ⁠Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with engineering, data science, customer success, and marketing teams to implement features and address technical or operational challenges. Clearly communicate product requirements, timelines, and AI/Gen AI integration needs.

•⁠ ⁠Market Research & Customer Feedback:

Gather ongoing insights from users, competitors, and market trends to refine product offerings. Conduct surveys, interviews, and A/B testing, leveraging AI analytics and Gen AI models to validate concepts and enhance product-market fit.

•⁠ ⁠Roadmap & Backlog Management:

Prioritize product features and enhancements, integrating AI and Gen AI capabilities. Manage product backlogs, define detailed requirements, and ensure timely delivery in partnership with engineering teams.

•⁠ ⁠Performance Analytics:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success, incorporating AI-driven metrics. Analyze user behavior, channel performance, and engagement data, using Gen AI to predict trends and drive continuous improvements.

•⁠ ⁠Compliance & Security:

Ensure all messaging channels adhere to data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), collaborating with internal teams to maintain high standards. Leverage AI for real-time security monitoring and Gen AI for compliance optimization.

Skills & Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Experience:

4–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably with expertise in messaging platforms, communication tools, or SaaS products. Essential experience with messaging channels like WhatsApp, SMS, or chatbots, including AI and Gen AI implementations.

•⁠ ⁠Product Management Tools:

Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, and Confluence to manage workflows, track progress, and engage stakeholders, with familiarity in AI-enhanced tools.

•⁠ ⁠Customer-Focused:

A profound understanding of customer needs, with the ability to translate them into actionable product requirements and AI/Gen AI-driven features.

•⁠ ⁠Communication Skills:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling the explanation of complex technical and AI/Gen AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

•⁠ ⁠Analytical Thinking:

Robust problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making, with expertise in analysing product performance and optimizing messaging flows using AI and Gen AI technologies.

•⁠ ⁠Team Collaboration:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines, with a focus on AI and Gen AI integration projects.

Additional Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠AI and Gen AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Gen AI tools (e.g., GPT models, natural language processing) to enhance messaging platform capabilities.

•⁠ ⁠Innovation: Proven ability to leverage AI and Gen AI for product innovation, such as predictive analytics for customer behavior or automated content generation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
