We help businesses grow by unlocking the power of conversational commerce through campaign automation, chatbots, broadcast, journey orchestration, and data-driven performance analytics.

We have raised seed funding in April 2023 and since then we have grown our team to almost 40 people. QuickReply.ai was founded by two IIT-Delhi alumni having 12 years of experience who developed enterprise software for companies like Oracle, NetApp, Walt Disney, and MindTickle.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager who combines sharp product thinking with a solid technical foundation and a bias for growth. You’ll lead high-impact initiatives across our core platform, CPaaS integrations, and customer experience flows. The ideal candidate is not just a builder but a force multiplier—someone who leverages AI tools to supercharge every step of the product workflow, from rapid research and prototyping to validation, documentation, and experimentation. Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap aligned with user needs and business goals
• Conduct in-depth product, competitor, and market research
• Use AI tools like

  v0, loveable, Replit

  or similar to rapidly prototype and validate concepts
• Create detailed PRDs, wireframes, and documentation for Engineering and Design
• Own and manage product lifecycle: from 0→1 MVPs to post-launch iterations (MLPs)
• Collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market (GTM) strategy and release planning
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Founders to incorporate user feedback
• Understand API documentation to unlock new use cases—specifically for platforms like Shopify, Meta, CRMs, and CPaaS
• Analyze product performance using Mixpanel, GA4, and user research
• Prioritize ruthlessly using a data-driven and user-centric approach
• Stay updated with the latest developments in business messaging, maintaining awareness of emerging trends and platform changes
• Demonstrate proficiency with tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc
  

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of product management experience in

  B2B SaaS

  ,

  AdTech

  , or

  MarTech

• Strong domain knowledge of

  eCommerce

  ,

  marketing automation

  , or

  CPaaS

• Proficiency with Figma
• Proven ability to ship and iterate on complex products from concept to completion
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, SaaS architecture, and integrations
• Ability to leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, v0.dev, etc.) to enhance productivity and decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for documentation and stakeholder alignment
• Experience creating both text and video tutorials for documentation
• Track record of success in fast-paced agile environments with a bias toward execution and iteration
  

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with Shopify, Meta, WhatsApp Business APIs, CPaaS Platform
• Experience with tools like Notion, Postman, Mixpanel, JIRA, GA4
• Prior exposure to AI/LLM applications in MarTech or customer experience
• Comfortable in startup environments where experimentation and speed matter
