Overview:

Are you an experienced Product Manager who wants to be part of an innovative and growing business at the nexus of financial services and consumer retail? Blackhawk Network needs a Product Manager to define and drive strategy and product feature development with measurable P&L impact, create internal and external product features, and deepen the integration of our products with Blackhawk Network's platform

Responsibilities:

  • Define, own and execute the product roadmap with a multi-year vision
  • Drive product strategy and feature development with direct P&L accountability
  • Champion user-centered design by incorporating customer research, behavior analysis, and feedback loops
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the end-to-end product development lifecycle
  • Develop targeting strategies and optimize customer acquisition and engagement
  • Create analytical frameworks to understand customer behaviors and design experiments
  • Communicate regularly with senior leadership on risks, financial metrics, and operational performance
  • Build business cases and functional requirements for new features and services

Qualifications:

Core Competencies:
  • Product Excellence: 2+ years of product management experience with a track record of delivering impactful products
  • User-Centered Mindset: Deep empathy for users with ability to translate insights into features
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and metrics-based optimization
  • Agile Execution: Embrace rapid iteration, experimentation, and continuous learning
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to align stakeholders and drive consensus across engineering, design, QA, and business teams
  • Technical Fluency: Working knowledge of web/mobile technologies to effectively collaborate with engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in epayments, fintech, gift cards, or stored value industries
  • Track record of managing products with significant revenue impact
  • Experience with marketing analytics and customer acquisition strategies
  • Superior problem-solving abilities with a bias for simple, creative solutions
