Job Description

As a Process Associate at Genpact, you will be responsible for handling email queries from vendors and internal stakeholders. Your role will involve resolving clarifications by engaging with vendors and internal stakeholders through written communication or calls. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing account reconciliations and addressing any open items within them. It is essential to have a reasonable level of accounting knowledge to excel in this position. The qualifications we are looking for in a candidate include a minimum of a B.COM or M.Com degree. Preferred qualifications include a background in commerce with accountancy as a subject, above-average oral and written communication skills in English, reasonable accounting knowledge, and the ability to multitask effectively while being flexible in approach. This role is based in Lucknow, India, and is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or equivalent degree.
