Position: Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage the company’s HRMS.
  • Introduce

    AI tools

    to streamline HR and organizational processes.
  • Automate employee performance tracking, reporting, and workforce analytics.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement effective HR and AI processes.
  • Ensure seamless integration of HRMS with other applications.
  • Maintain data accuracy, compliance, and system security.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum

    8 years of experience

    in HRMS/ATS implementation and management.
  • Strong expertise in

    AI tools, automation, and process optimization

  • Hands-on experience with employee performance systems & workforce analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
