Position: Product Manager

Location:

Experience:

develop and manage our HRMS (Human Resource Management System)

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage the company’s HRMS.
Introduce
AI tools
to streamline HR and organizational processes.
Automate employee performance tracking, reporting, and workforce analytics.
Work with cross-functional teams to implement effective HR and AI processes.
Ensure seamless integration of HRMS with other applications.
Maintain data accuracy, compliance, and system security.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum
8 years of experience
in HRMS/ATS implementation and management.
Strong expertise in
AI tools, automation, and process optimization

Hands-on experience with employee performance systems & workforce analytics.
Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
