5+ years of experience in product management, product development, or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.

Role Overview

The Product Manager is responsible for driving the development and lifecycle of products by working closely with cross-functional teams. This role ensures that products align with business goals, meet customer needs, and deliver exceptional value to the market.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products on time. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
Requirements Gathering and Prioritization: Gather and document product requirements from stakeholders and customers. Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
Product Development: Oversee the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Customer Feedback and Insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the product experience. Define success metrics and monitor product performance post-launch.
Go-to-Market Planning: Work with marketing and sales teams to define go-to-market strategies. Ensure successful product launches through effective positioning and messaging.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of product management processes and tools. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments. Proficiency in product management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Aha!

Preferred Skills

Experience in [Specify Industry, e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, or fintech].
Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles. Data-driven mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics or Tableau. MBA or equivalent experience in a strategic leadership role.

Education
