Job Summary

Bluphlux is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our innovative team. As a Product Manager at Bluphlux, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of recruitment technology by leveraging our patented AI algorithms to enhance the hiring process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development and ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver innovative recruitment solutions.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on business objectives and user needs.
Monitor product performance and iterate on features to improve user experience and satisfaction.
Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and team members.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience with AI or machine learning technologies.
Familiarity with recruitment or HR tech industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
