Job Description

Job Summary Bluphlux is seeking a talented and innovative ML Engineer to join our team. As an ML Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our AI-driven recruitment solutions. You will work closely with our team to design, implement, and optimize machine learning models that improve the efficiency and accuracy of our recruitment process. Key Responsibilities Design and develop machine learning models to enhance recruitment processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into existing systems. Optimize and fine-tune algorithms for better performance and accuracy. Conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI. Analyze data and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies. Required Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models. Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and language models. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR technologies.
