Role Overview
We are seeking an ML Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in machine learning and hands-on exposure to Generative AI. You will help build and optimize AI models, data pipelines, and LLM-powered solutions. The role is both engineering- and experimentation-focused, offering opportunities to work with cutting-edge GenAI tools in a production environment.

Responsibilities

ML & GenAI Development
- Build, fine-tune, and deploy ML and Generative AI models (LLMs, embeddings, transformers).
- Develop RAG workflows using tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma).
- Use Amazon Q and GitHub Copilot to accelerate coding, model experimentation, documentation, and pipeline development.
- Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and unstructured data
- Data & Platform Engineering
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, and ETL/ELT tooling.
- Contribute to MLOps workflows including CI/CD, model deployment, monitoring, and automation.
- Collaboration & Problem Solving
- Work with product, engineering, and analytics teams to convert business needs into AI/ML solutions.
- Participate in PoCs, model evaluation, and iterative
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non- technical stakeholders.
- Continuous Learning & Innovation
- Explore new GenAI tools, including AI-assisted development platforms like Amazon Q and GitHub Copilot, to improve development productivity.

Keep up with advancements in LLMs, synthetic data, agentic systems, and emerging frameworks.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Competencies

2-3 years in AI/ML and Generative AI solution
- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in
- Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and GenAI libraries (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face).
- Hands-on exposure to AI-assisted coding tools such as Amazon Q and GitHub Copilot.
- Understanding of vector databases and embedding-based
- Familiarity with AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, S3).
- Understanding of MLOps concepts (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, versioning).
- Strong communication and problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI agents, function calling, or multimodal
- Exposure to enterprise data platforms Databricks AWS AI services, or cloud- native LLM hosting and orchestration is a plus.
