Job Summary Bluphlux is seeking a skilled SpringBoot Backend Developer with 3 years of experience to join our innovative team. As a key player in our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend services that power our cutting-edge recruitment solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that meets the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services using SpringBoot. Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Implement security and data protection measures. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Required Qualifications 3 years of experience in backend development using SpringBoot. Strong understanding of Java and related technologies. Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
