Job Description

At Bluphlux, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Ops professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations and analytics, with a proven ability to leverage tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness. This role is crucial in supporting our sales team by providing insights and strategies that enhance performance and streamline processes. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize processes and improve sales performance. Support the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all sales reporting and analytics. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Skills Experience in a tech-driven or AI-focused company. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software. Understanding of data visualization techniques. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and innovative environment.
