Product Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our mobile and web products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing products from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals, user needs, and market opportunities. Prior experience in fitness or health-tech applications will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from conceptualization, planning, and roadmap creation to execution, launch, and iteration.

Collaborate with leadership, engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product vision, goals, and success metrics.

Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market trend studies to identify opportunities and define requirements.

Translate business objectives and user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Prioritize features and manage the product backlog effectively to maximize value delivery.

Drive execution by working closely with development teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

Monitor performance metrics post-launch and implement data-driven enhancements.

Ensure product scalability, usability, and alignment with industry best practices.

Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and progress to stakeholders clearly and regularly.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.

7–10 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of handling complete product execution from start to finish.

Strong expertise in defining product strategies, roadmaps, and delivering successful digital products.

Excellent understanding of mobile app ecosystems (iOS & Android) and web platforms.

Strong analytical skills and experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude, etc.).

Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.

Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in fitness, wellness, or streaming applications is a significant plus.

Good to Have

Prior experience leading cross-functional agile teams.

Knowledge of monetization models for fitness or subscription-based apps.

Experience in managing products at scale with high user engagement.
