Oversees and maintains the optimal function of the HRIS. Managing End to End Exit Cases, Handling escalation for employee grievances across all entities pertaining to Exit, and HRIS for on-roll. Make sure all the grievances are addressed within a timeframe with resolutions. Event organizing on office event, festival. Must have experience on HR connects with employee. Good experience on Employee provident fund and Medical insurance, etc. Experience Preferred: Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies. 5+ years of Experience as HR Executive. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Minimum 4 years of work experience in Payroll and Exit Management. Duties and Responsibilities: 9+ years of experience in ODATA ABAP, CDS and OOABAP development. Overall 9+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development Experience in ABAP RICEFW development Development of Gateway ODATA services. Expertise in Service Registration, generating URL and Payload for consumption by UI developer Strong knowledge of consuming BAPI in ODATA services. Knowledge and experience in end-to-end implementation projects in ABAP on HANA including Core Data Services i.e. CDS, consuming CDS Views in ABAP Programs debugging. Design, develop, and implement SAP solutions using CDS Views and RAP Model. Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and enhance CDS Views for efficient data modelling, reporting, and analytics within the SAP S/4HANA environment. Optimize the performance of CDS Views and RAP-based applications to ensure high availability and responsiveness. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to CDS Views and RAP Model implementations. Qualification: SAP Certified - preferred but not mandatory 6-9 years of ABAP development experience Bachelor's or master's degree in computer / IT Eng or related field Excellent communication skills and ability to Work collaboratively Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
