We specialize in delivering top-tier staffing and IT services, ensuring seamless business operations for our clients.Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for our US clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This is a full-time, work-from-office role with a night shift schedule.Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests through calls, emails, and chat. Provide prompt and professional assistance to resolve customer concerns. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while interacting with clients. Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow company guidelines and service protocols to provide high-quality support. Meet performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in an international customer support role (US process preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities. Ability to handle customer escalations professionally. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency is a plus.
