Project Controller

The project control analyst role is embedded within the global service organization as a business partner. You will report to the PCA Manager and indirectly to the Regional Finance Leader. Your primary responsibility will be to support regional project control initiatives and drive the standardization of PCA processes through applied on-the-job standard work. Your mission will include developing and harmonizing PCA processes and workflows, supporting continuous improvement initiatives on PCA and finance topics, actively tracking and managing PCA KPIs, and working closely with the Project Management Office. This involves managing, tracking, and providing analysis on support contracts and projects, performing financial analysis for Project Managers, Project Management Office, and HQ reporting, as well as entering and maintaining project financial data in the ERP system. Additionally, you will support invoicing and cash collection of projects and support contracts, deliver monthly close of assigned business units by country, and drive PCA Lessons Learned while improving efficiency through active engagement in continuous improvement and Lean Initiatives. Ensuring compliance with the Global Standard process for Project Controls and supporting PM to align P6 project budgets to as sold in the ERP system are also essential responsibilities. You will liaise with the Central Quality function to ensure alignment of regional best practices with global Quality standards, as well as with other appropriate teams within the Region to form End-to-End Project Control Processes. Participation in Project reviews is required as part of the Leader Standard Work to ensure the application of the defined Project Control approach. Qualifications/Requirements: - SAP Super User preferred - Excellent Excel, Smartsheet, or equivalent skills - Strong background in Project Financial Management - 5 years of experience - Strong experience in using PCA tools and related processes - Previous work experience in a multicultural global environment - Capable of driving changes through functional reporting lines and managing by influence.,
